Welcome to File #3, This one shows ways to use really neat things.
3.0 Get some Flares and these are some ideas. 1, Burn the tires of cars.
3.1 Flares can burn though metal within a minute, So here's a really neat thing, Go to a constructing site and find a big Compressed gas tank, Put the flare pointing at the tank and run like hell, It'll explode and a huge fire ball 30 feet high could fly out. Try it with something like a Compressed Hydrogen tank.
3.2 Burn the flares though windows, It'll break glass in about 5 seconds or less. Easy to break in a car, When it burns the glass, The glass metals and you can put a large hole in a car without sound.
3.3 Put the flares in Mail Boxes. It'll burn right though it. And find a johny on the spot, Near a Constrution site they are found. Find where all the shit goes it, At the bottem and burn a big around hole though at area where the shit it, It'll pour out.
3.4 Get a lighter, Fast Burning Powder, Light Bulb and Glue, Burn the metal part fo the Bulb till you can pull the metal part off,Then fill the glass with fast burning powder, Not alot and then glue it back on and have the wires touching the powder. Put it in a socket and wait it someone dick turns the light on.
3.5 Get a flare and burn the gas tanks outside of the house, They are mostly on the sides, If you want to take the risks, Burnt he pipes, Jail is what'll happen to you if you are caught, You ain't classed as a anarchist but a good terrorist if it's for a good reason or you a stupid loser.
3.6 Add 1 cup of Potassium Nitrate and 1 cup of Sugar and mix it good. just light it off. It makes lots of smoke, Add powdered rubber and light it off, Even for smoke.
3.7 Un-screw the salt and sugar mixers and wait till some dick uses them, It'll mess up there food or drink.
3.8 Put a match to hair spray when spraying tit out, It'll make a neat fire ball.
3.9 Glue 4 lighters together and them pour solvent coment all over it and light it, Neat explosions will be made.
